Additive manufacturing has developed tremendously over the past decades to become a mature technology for industrial applications, especially for polymers and metals, and more recently for ceramics.
This thematic day will approach some recent developments regarding materials and 3D printing technics for various materials such as polymer composites, metals and alloys, ceramics and glass.
A session will also be dedicated to 3D printing as a tool for lab bench experimental setup and present various equipments available on or around the Beaulieu Campus.
