Chemistry and physics of energy materials workshop

This event is organized at the Rennes Institute of Chemical Sciences (ISCR), Grandjean amphitheater, in the framework of the International Emerging Action (IEA) FRENCHFRIES between CNRS and the University of Mons (Belgium). The program of International Emerging Actions support new international partnerships through short-term missions and the organization of meetings. FRENCHFRIES results from a collaboration between the Laboratory for Chemistry of Novel Materials (Mons) and ISCR (Rennes). It aims at bringing together experts in the description of inorganic materials and active chromophores to conceive an efficient theoretical framework for the description of optical and electronic properties of hybrid materials for energy applications.

This workshop is the opportunity to gather computational material scientists and experimentalists that are at the forefront of thermoelectrics, batteries, organic semiconductors, halide perovskites, and theoretical developments for the description of hybrid materials, around an exciting program:
