I am a CNRS Engineer working at the CDIFX (https://cdifx.univ-rennes1.fr/) on single crystal xray diffraction.
My work consists on:
- the choice and the preparation of the crystals before their mounting on a kapton loop
- the acquisition of the data (APEX III)
- the structural resolution (SHELX, Platon, Mercury, CCDC)
